Please take a moment to review what needs to be included in your application to ensure timely processing. Once your application is submitted you will be contacted by our screening department. We strive to process applications within 48 business hours but it depends heavily on the applicant producing the necessary supporting information. All adults 18 years of age or older who will reside at the Property must complete, sign, and pay for a separate application.

Rental/Residential History

• Include 2 years of Residential/Rental History, Be sure to include Address, Landlord name and contact information (Email and phone number).

Income & Employment
• Include 2 full months of recent proof of income, Be sure to include contact information for your employer.
• Please advice your employer our screening team we will be reaching out from the number and email listed above

Identity, Credit & Background
• All Applicants must provide a valid government-issued photo ID.
• All Applicants must also provide a valid SSN, ITIN, EIN, or I-94 for verification purposes.
• Non-U.S. Citizens must provide proof of legal residency in the United States.

Pet Screening
